Dame Holly Arnold Kinney will provide a fascinating Micaceous Clay Pot cooking demonstration, along with an overview of The Fort restaurant’s culinary history.

PLUS we will attend the Tesoro Cultural Center’s Living History Experience, which includes a guided tour of The Fort. We’ll meet award-winning Spanish Colonial artists Mel Rivera and Frank Garcia, who will be demonstrating their art. Mountain men will teach us about life at Bent’s Old Fort (1833-1849).

For lunch, there will be a choice of pulled pork BBQ sandwich, green salad with chicken, or quinoa tabbouleh salad, plus chips, soda and a cookie (included in price).
