Guests will be greeted in the garden with a complimentary beverage, and co-owners Dame Melissa Severson and her husband Olav Peterson will welcome guests and provide an introduction to the restaurant, which has consistently been featured in 5280 magazine’s annual 25 Best Restaurant list.The Garden Close Up High Res Olav will speak about the restaurant’s cuisine, the involvement of his staff to plan for a restaurant garden, and some of the practices they employ while he leads the group on a tour to visit the current crops.

Following the garden tour, LDEI Colorado will launch it’s new Green Tables initiative, and will provide information for any organizations wishing to apply for a grant. Then guests will enjoy a garden reception with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and cash bar (guests can choose from specially priced drinks for the event as well as a regularly priced full bar menu). Guests are welcome to stay for dinner and should contact the restaurant directly to make dinner reservations.
