Please join LDEI Colorado for a hands-on Empanada Class with Rebecca Treon. Experience a great time with your fellow Dames and guests, learn a new cooking skill, and support our chapter’s scholarship initiatives – and as a bonus you’ll have empanadas to take to your Super Bowl party! Participants will learn to make a sampling of both traditional meat and chicken empanadas, and vegetarian offerings such as, corn, butternut squash, and caprese. A gluten-free option will be available.
