Head of Food & Beverage Strategy
Born and raised in Colorado, Megan’s career has taken her around the country in various leadership roles. From Director of Food & Beverage in NYC to opening The St. Regis Buckhead, Megan has owned her own restaurants, consulted and served on many BODs including the Colorado Restaurant Association, the Cornell club of CO and currently serves on the CCF BOD for Clayton. Other roles she has held have been General Manager for The Battery in SF and Corporate Director of Hospitality for Vail Resorts.
