Bio: Born and raised in Breckenridge, CO. I attended Cornell University’s Hotel School, upon graduating I opened Red Sky Ranch Golf Club’s restaurants. I then worked as Managing Director for Larkspur Restaurant in Vail, CO for several years. The city bug came and I moved to New York and began working at The St. Regis Hotel and became their food and beverage director. After 4 years I moved to open The St. Regis Atlanta hotel. We were awarded Esquire Magazine Best New Restaurants and achieved the 5 diamond award. I assisted with other openings and task force for The St. Regis Bal Harbour and St. Regis Puerto Rico. I moved home 2 years ago to assist with our family business and help with Asset Management. We own and operate The Gold Pan Saloon in BReckenridge, CO, the oldest bar in Breckenridge est. 1879. I just opened on August 28th my own project, The BARley Colorado Craft and Draft. It is a tavern focused on Colorado Beers and Spirits.
