Bio: Carol Fenster, a pioneer in gluten-free cooking, is the author of 14 gluten-free cookbooks, including her most recent Gluten-Free Cooking for Two (April, 2017). She believes that eating is the most profound thing we do for our bodies, and the purpose of her cookbooks is to help people with food sensitivities to eat the foods they love…without the ingredients they can’t have.
She has developed gluten-free products for industry leader Bob’s Red Mill and appears on PBS-TV as well as radio, newspaper, and web sites. She has been a guest speaker around the world, including the Gluten Intolerance Group, American Dietetic Association, International Association of Culinary Professionals, Whole Grains Council, Disney, National Product Expo, FoodEX in Japan, the Institute for Biophysics & Genetics in Italy, and the famed Rancho La Puerta Spa & Resort in Mexico.
