Dame Carol Fenster’s latest cookbook, Gluten-Free Cooking for Two (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2017), was honored twice this month. It was named among the ten “Best Gluten-Free Cooking Books for 2017” by Healthline.com and placed “Silver” in the Living Now Book Awards, 2017, in the Category of “Natural, Nutrition, Organic, Vegetarian.” 

Gluten-Free Cooking for Two is designed for small households such as empty-nesters, newlyweds, couples, and other small family configurations who only want two-serving meals, thus reducing waste and leftovers.
